Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, obtained from various parts of plants, to help improve your physical and emotional health.

I offer various massages using a blend of these oils and can incorporate hot or cold compresses, inhalations, or face masks made from organic fruit, oatmeal, honey, etc.

I blend oils and creams individually for each client and can mix various products for use at home.

As a former midwife I specialise in maternity care, but aromatherapy is helpful for a whole range of conditions, including back problems, aches and pains, headaches and migraines, sinus problems, insomnia, digestive problems, irregular periods, menopause and stress related problems.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a way of helping the body to heal and balance itself.

Areas of the feet correspond with areas of the body and are worked on with massage or pressure by the therapist. This stimulates your body's own healing and balancing process and also allows energy to flow more freely.

I offer reflexology on feet or hands. Also, I like to mix an aromatherapy cream for each client, in order to enhance the treatment.

I specialise in reflexology for pre-conception including infertility, pregnancy and early parenthood.

Reflexology is also ideal for helping many problems including stress related problems, headaches and migraines, back problems, digestive problems, hormonal imbalance, period problems and menopause.
